Due to the nature of cannabis products and provincial regulations, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on cannabis products once purchased.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
ACCESSORIES
Non-cannabis accessories may be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original, unopened packaging with proof of purchase.
